Refund policy

We operate a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Youโ€™ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: if you return a garment and it is clearly worn, or if tags/packaging are missing, the return will be rejected and you will not receive a refund.

If your return is accepted, weโ€™ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. The cost of this return label will be deducted from your refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you have, and then purchase the new item separately once the return has been accepted.

Statutory 14-day cooling-off period in the EU

Once an order has been processed, it can no longer be cancelled. Without prejudice to the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without having to provide a justification. As mentioned above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging. Youโ€™ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once weโ€™ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you and also let you know whether the return was approved.
If approved, youโ€™ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within ten business days. The cost of the return label will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If it has been more than 15 business days since we approved your return and you still havenโ€™t received your refund, please contact us at info@rockhardbody.nl.
